We want you to enjoy your wines.
If you’re not satisfied** with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or credit for another purchase. As you wish. We’ll even pick up the wines that you’re not happy with for no extra cost to you.
So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 9624 7462 and tell us why, and we’ll organise to get your wines returned, and give you a full refund for your purchase.

- Return of an item is absolutely FREE up to 30 days from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
- You can choose to receive a refund or credit for your Benchmark Wines account for the full value of the original purchase.
- We may ask you to try a second bottle of the same wine, just be sure that it wasn’t just one bottle that wasn’t right.
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns where more than 2 bottles have been tried and opened (of the same wine).
- Once we have received your return, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or your account within 3 working days.
- Please note that the time for the credit to show up on your credit balance varied between different credit card providers.
- All sale items unless otherwise specified are sold on an ‘as is’ basis. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Note: Our quality guarantee policy is offered in good faith. We ask that it would only be used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
