Established in 1979, Green Valley is one of the original Margaret River Vineyards. The 30+ year mature vines produce a wonderfully balanced wine with the Margaret River’s signature Cabernet character.“Deep garnet in color, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is scented of crème de cassis, ripe plums & blackberry preserves with hints of mocha & cloves. Ripe, richly fruited & medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has firm, finely grained tannins & great length.” – Robert Parker

Oliverhill ‘Clarendon Vineyard’ Shiraz 2006
$39.00Oliverhill ‘Clarendon’ Shiraz 2006
Wow. Grapes are harvested for a single vineyard at 300 meters above McLaren Vale. The cooler and more gentle climate has produced a soft and alluring wine that needs to be tasted to be understood. The generosity of a full-blown Barossa Shiraz with the delicacy of a Victorian cool-climate Shiraz. Your favorite Italian meal or grilled meat will set this wine on a new course of greatness. Soft, dusty tannins support a frame of pure fruit without overpowering the DNA of the wine. Under screwcap and promising 8 – 15 years of further aging potential. Drink now or hold if you are able to resist temptation. -

Spring Seed Wine Company ‘Cockscomb’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (Organic)
TOP SELLERS, WINERY, R - S, Spring Seed Wine Co., COUNTRY, Australia, REDS, REDS, Cabernet Sauvignon, Australian, ORGANIC, Cabernet Sauvignon, NEW WINES$35.00Tasting Note
At the risk of incurring the wrath of the Gods, we do make seem to make lovely Cabernet here at Bosworth, and this Cockscomb is no exception. McLaren Vale makes great Cabernets, in fact – we always seem to get nice ripe tannins and herbal intrigue without the greenness  The nose is bright and fresh and bursting with blue fruits (violets and red currants ) and the wine has terrific tannins (without being too stiff) and a lovely, persistent finish. All in all a great example of a Cabernet.
