The Spanish red wines made from these 2 grapes accounts for the majority of Spain’s wine exports. Spanish red wines are prominent and unique in style and textures. They also pair very well with rich foods. Look for Tempranillo to offer flavours and aromas of sour cherry, plum, spicy black pepper, fig, vanilla and cedar. Garnacha can be equally expressive with strawberry, red grapefruit, black tea, red licorice andjuniper berries.
