Located 20 km south of Bordeaux, overlooking the Gironde River, this 20 hectare, 17th Century estate of Chateau Martin sits on the clay and limestone soils, peppered with the small gravel from which the Graves region gets its name.
The white Graves is produced from 4 hectares of vines planted to a combination of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and fermented in oak vats before being matured new oak barrels with regular stirring of the lees. A big round wine with great fruit and refreshing acidity. Perfect for seafood.
