Luigi Bazzani, one of the pioneers in Winery Tourism believes in the traditional winemaking processes (hand picking, hand plunging, hand pruning, basket pressing) and aims to makes exceptional, intense wine with great character and continuity of style. Luigi and Athalie Bazzani continue to watch over Warrenmang; a new, partially underground barrel room with earthen walls has been completed, wine quality remains high, and the accommodation for over 80 guests, plus a restaurant, underpin the business. Over the 40 years that Luigi and Athalie have been at Warrenmang, a very loyal clientele has been built up.
