Warrenmang Vineyard and Resort nestled in the Moonambel Valley 2 hours North West of Melbourne has been for many years, a hidden treasure for enthusiasts of fine food and wine. Now it seems the world is discovering the jewels of Central Victoria.

Luigi Bazzani, one of the pioneers in Winery Tourism believes in the traditional winemaking processes (hand picking, hand plunging, hand pruning, basket pressing) and aims to makes exceptional, intense wine with great character and continuity of style. It is Luigi’s belief that the Pyrenees in Central Victoria will become Australia’s truly great wine producing region, particularly Shiraz and cabernet.

Luigi and Athalie Bazzani continue to watch over Warrenmang; a new, partially underground barrel room with earthen walls has been completed, wine quality remains high, and the accommodation for over 80 guests, plus a restaurant, underpin the business. Over the 40 years that Luigi and Athalie have been at Warrenmang, a very loyal clientele has been built up. The business is quietly on the market, Luigi and Athalie having long since earned their retirement.
