This Project D Shiraz is made from 50-year-old vines on the Ubertas estate. These vines were trained to cope with drought conditions, and so have developed a deeper root system to reach groundwater for survival. The result is a highly concentrated wine with complex flavours and profiles. Excellent to drink now or let it mature over the next 10-15 years for a wine of exceptional elegance and finesse.
