Selected grapes from very special vineyards with an intense personal identity in the area of Pison were destemed, crushed and cold macerated for four days before undergoing alcoholic fermentation at average temperature of 30ºC for ten days. Then macerated for another 16 days.
A deep sensations wine. Perfect combination of vibrant fruit, tasty spices and mineral characters. Powerfull and elegant.
