    Very dependable and enjoyable Yarra Valley blend. An unusual one with Syrah, CS and Nebbiolo. But it works. Tonnes of flavour and aroma of blackcurrant, black pepper, black cherry, chocolate, raspberry, black plum, graphite, thyme, mint and cedar. Quite complex. High acidity and racy tannins so could age a bit, high alcohol and a long finish
