Description
What a bargain – another winner from Tahbilk! !!
Pepper, spice with vanilla undertones. Palate is as a Shiraz should be. Flavoursome & robust, plum, berries with a little spicy kick on the finish. Good length with medium tannins.
The Tower Shiraz is named after the Tahbilk’s iconic lookout style tower that played an integral role to Tahbilk’s early winemaking years. The blending of cool-climate spicy fruit with mild climate full-bodied fruit has produced a rich, elegant Shriaz with supple tannins & great length. This red is an excellent tribute to the Tahbilk estate, one of Australia’s most beautiful and historic properties.
