This iconic blend of Cabernet Shiraz is uniquely Australian. A fruity wine suited for everyday drinking. Shiraz grapes are picked from the Ubertas Estate vineyard and aged in used French barrels for 12 months. The Cabernet Sauvignon was personally sourced by Philip the winemaker, from a vineyard in Riverland. Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and handcrafted to bring you this table wine, which aims to please the crowd at your next dinner party.

A lovely fruity and earthy Cab Sav & Shiraz from Barossa. Strong abv at 14% but does not detract. Med+ notes of red plum, red cherry, raspberry, thyme, minerality, stone, garrigue, black cherry, cedar and cooked blackberry. Med+ acidity, med integrated tannins, med body and med+ finish. Very nice.
