Tim Adams Riesling 2022 is a delicious and complex white wine that is perfect for any occasion. Only the free-run juice is used to make the Tim Adams Riesling, resulting in a delicate wine with intense flavours and aromas. The nose has lifted floral characters with citrus aromatics of grapefruit, lime, and lemon. The palate is seamless with a richness of flavour built from dry ripening conditions.

“Personally, I cannot get enough of the wonderful Clare Valley Rieslings from the brilliant 2021 vintage. As a broad generalisation, buying as much of this vintage from producers across the region is a no-brainer. And this one should be high on the list. Made from only free-run juice from selected sites, the winemaking follows the path of crushing, de-juicing and clarification, then fermentation over a two-week period at just 12-14°C before cold stabilisation with no acid addition. impressive length. A seamless wine with focus and persistence. While the nose on this wine is impressive, the palate ratchets things up a notch, especially with the florals. 

The colour is yellow/green with glints of gold. This is a powerful aromatic wine, with some tropical touches; passionfruit, limes, florals, and more. Good acidity which travels right through the decade ahead of it and is excellent value.”
