Description
This vibrant and subtly nuanced wine warrants pairing with oysters, fleshy white fish, poultry, Thai and Indian food. Like most New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs it will not benefit from or require aging. It should be considered to be in the classic New Zealand style. Ie fruit-forward, above-average to high acidity, expressing citrus and peach notes in the nose and pairing well with food, especially Asian food. It is a flavor profile that New Zealand has made uniquely it’s own.

First of the new vintage and it doesn’t disappoint. My favourite SB from NZ. Pronounced aromas and flavours of grass, gooseberry, lemon, lime, apple, minerality, stone and honeysuckle. High acidity which is perfectly balanced with the rounded body and flavours. Medium alcohol and a med+ length.

Always dependably good. Refreshingly acidic with notes of lime, gooseberry, lemon, grass, stone and minerality. All harmoniously balanced. Long finish.
