This is an unusual blend of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Gris and Gewürztraminer. Interesting in that the three are blended and kept on the lees of the PG to provide some texture. Quite perfumed on the nose and palate with lemon, pear, peach, melon and stone. High acidity and certainly grips. It is quite bitter though, more than I thought it would be, in the finish.
