Owned for three generations of the Hitier Buffeteau family, Chateau Haut Dambert is located in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation, near the villages of Castelviel and Gornac and is composed of 23 hectares of vineyards on clay and limestone soils. The privileged situation enables the vines to have the best sunshine and temperature conditions, giving the strength and elegance of the wine.The red wine is produced from 75% Merlot & 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and exhibits intense red and black fruit aromas, in the mouth soft tannins and roundness are balanced by a clean freshness and ripe fruity flavors .erry and ripe blackberry with earthy notes of caramel, smoke, and leather.
