Cordero di Montezemolo ‘Enrico VI’ Barolo 2003
$179.00
Cordero di Montezemolo ‘Enrico VI’ Barolo 2003 – Sourced from a fanatical collector in Florence, Italy, it is just beginning to open up and reveal all that supports the legendary wine of Piedmonte. Wines of this caliber require a bit of loving, by that I mean some time in a decanter (best option) to come into full bloom. I’ve had 2 bottles of this wine and each time the little investment of time in the decanter yielded impressive returns. If you know barolo and love all that it can be this is a hugely undervalued wine built for the long run.
