Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 is an exceptional vintage which owes its rarity to its selection of grands crus: 80% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Chouilly) and the Montagne de Reims (Sillery, Verzenay) blended with 20% Pinot Noir vinified in red, from the only Grand Cru of Aÿ. The originality of this blend, largely dominated by Chardonnay, gives this wine remarkable freshness.
