Vinification
This wine comes from our treasure for the future: Kripan. From vineyards at 690m altitude almost in Sierra Cantabria. Grapes were destemed, crushed and cold macerated for four days before undergoing alcoholic fermentation at average temperatura of 28ºC for ten days. Then macerated for another 7 days.
Palate
A explosión of vibrant fruit, color and power with a very pleasant background of well integrated spice and toast notes.
