The grapes for Mussel Pot Sauvignon Blanc 2022 are hand-harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This helps to preserve the fresh fruit flavors of the grapes. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for a short period of time to add complexity and richness.
