The grapes are hand-harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Bartolomeo Lorenzi Rosso Veronese 2020 is a medium-bodied wine with aromas of dark cherry, plum, and spice. The palate is juicy and flavorful, with notes of red and black fruit, herbs, and chocolate. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, and the finish is long and lingering.
