A muscular wine that is only now beginning to show finesse and style. Deep red cherry color with a golden rim. It shows very fresh aromas in the nose, combining currant and raisins, light hints of violets and truffles. The aromas are very well integrated with a background of mild coffee toast after being aged in French oak barrels. Powerful, elegant and lively in the mouth.
