The grapes for Les Belons 2021 are hand-harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. This aging process helps to soften the tannins and add complexity to the wine. Les Belons 2021 is a medium- to full-bodied wine with aromas of black fruit, such as black currant and blackberry, as well as spice, such as black pepper and vanilla.
