Rocksand Shiraz 2021 is a red wine produced by Laithwaites in the Peninsula de Setubal region of Portugal. It is made from 100% Shiraz grapes. The grapes for Rocksand Shiraz 2021 are hand-harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged for a short period of time in oak barrels to add complexity and richness. Rocksand Shiraz 2021 is a deep purple wine with aromas of black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, as well as spice, such as black pepper and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and flavorful, with notes of black fruit, spice, and tobacco. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, and the finish is long and lingering.
