 The 2018 Soumah 'Hexham Vineyard' Savarro/Savagnin is a complex and aromatic white wine with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and spice. It has a rich and textured palate with a long, mineral finish. The wine is made from Savagnin grapes, an ancient variety that is rarely grown outside of France. The cool climate of the Yarra Valley allows the grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in a wine with intense flavors and a refreshing acidity.
