Very good value PG from Geelong, near Melbourne in Oz. Unbelievable that this is 5 years old when it is so pale and refreshingly acidic. Judging by some earlier reviews, this did require some time to mellow. Well, it has, and still retains some nice tartness with notes of pear, lemon, lime, apple, asparagus, white pepper and grass. This is a summer’s day wine. Knock it back. Good finish too.
